Can I book a garage from my Driver Account?
Yes. When a vehicle needs attention, you can continue into BookMOTGarage's established garage search and booking journey.
Is my Vehicle Passport private?
Yes. A driver's Vehicle Passport is scoped to the authenticated account. Bookings and garage records remain subject to the platform's privacy terms and lawful retention requirements.
Where does the vehicle information come from?
Information can be added by you, connected to eligible garage work or received through an approved authoritative provider. Source labels explain the provenance of important records.
Can I manage more than one vehicle?
Yes. You can keep multiple active vehicles in your Driver Account, subject to the account's current vehicle limit.
What reminders can I create?
You can organise reminders for MOT, tax, servicing, insurance, breakdown cover, tyres, warranties, taxi or private-hire needs and your own custom dates.
How does the Vehicle Care Clock work?
It uses the interval and last-service information recorded for the vehicle to calculate a date, mileage or whichever comes first. It does not invent a manufacturer service schedule.
Does it work for electric and hybrid vehicles?
Yes. The complete Vehicle Passport supports petrol, diesel, hybrid, plug-in hybrid and battery-electric vehicles, adapting relevant presentation without making unsupported battery-health claims.
Can I keep service and repair history?
You can keep eligible service, repair and inspection records with the correct vehicle. Labels distinguish garage-confirmed information from records added by you.
Does Warranty Guard confirm that my warranty is valid?
No. Warranty Guard helps organise dates, mileage limits and information you record. Only the warranty provider can confirm whether cover is valid or a claim will be accepted.
Can taxi and private-hire drivers use it?
Yes. Professional Driver Mode can organise high-use working-vehicle information. It does not confirm legal compliance and does not provide tax or accounting advice.
