Vehicle Passport is the private record for a car in your BookMOTGarage Driver Account. It organises what is known, shows where important information came from and gives you one useful next action when possible.
It does not inspect the car, invent manufacturer schedules or replace advice from a qualified garage, manufacturer, insurer or warranty provider.

Your private Passport opens only after sign-in. The authenticated account determines which vehicle records may be shown.

A Passport can organise vehicle identity, mileage, reminders, selected history, structured Wallet information, important cover details and recorded ownership costs.
Is Vehicle Passport a mechanical health report?
No. It measures information coverage and organises records. It does not inspect, diagnose or score the mechanical health of a vehicle.
Where does Passport information come from?
It may be added by you, connected to eligible garage evidence or supplied through an approved authoritative provider. Source labels preserve that distinction.
Is my Vehicle Passport private?
Yes. The Passport opens inside the authenticated Driver Account, and its vehicle records are selected from the signed-in account.
Can I add more than one vehicle?
Yes. A Driver Account can manage multiple active vehicles, subject to the current account vehicle limit.
Can I edit vehicle information?
You can manage permitted driver-controlled details. Protected identity information supplied through an authoritative lookup must not be silently changed into a conflicting vehicle identity.
Does Vehicle Passport show official MOT history?
Official information is shown only when an approved provider connection supplies it. BookMOTGarage does not label manually entered or unavailable provider information as official.
Does it work for electric and hybrid cars?
Yes. Petrol, diesel, hybrid, plug-in hybrid and battery-electric cars receive the complete core Passport experience without unsupported battery-health estimates.
Can a garage add information to my Passport?
Eligible garage work or evidence can produce garage-confirmed records through approved platform journeys. It remains distinct from information added by you.
Can Vehicle Passport remind me what to do next?
It can show explainable actions based on information recorded for the vehicle. It does not invent manufacturer maintenance schedules.
Can I continue from Passport to garage booking?
Yes. When action is relevant, you can continue into BookMOTGarage's established garage search and booking journey.
Does Vehicle Passport confirm warranty validity?
No. It can organise dates and mileage limits, but only the warranty provider can decide whether cover is valid or a claim will be accepted.
